We Are With You For Every Step
Every patient visit should be a meaningful and educational experience. A successful treatment plan begins with a solid diagnosis. To make the most out of your visit, please bring the following:
- Please bring a physical copy of prior Xrays, MRIs, and CT scans on a CD if possible. Reports and print outs are not as helpful as the actual images. If your xrays are older than a year, we will obtain new xrays. I still like to review older xrays for comparison. We offer on-site (in-office) X-rays at the Potomac, MD office.
- If you had prior spinal surgeries in the same area for which you are seeking treatment, then please provide us the name of the surgeon and where the surgeries were done so we can get copies of your prior operative reports. Reviewing old records is very helpful for me as I consider future treatment plans.
- If you are currently receiving spinal injections within the last 2-3 years, then please either bring copies of your injection reports, or forward the name of the pain management physician to my office so we can get your prior records.
